Solving Community Issues Through the Charrette Process and a Study of it's
Effectiveness
A model charrette will be conducted in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City corridor to
study the communities' pressing issues, as an example of the effectiveness of
the charrette process, and a case study example for further study.
Documentation of the state's past and future charettes is viewed as being vital
in helping to build a portfolio of challenges and opportunities each community
could encounter.
