Community By Design: Design Knowledge Makes Good Design Patrons
AIA East Bay plans to provide educational materials on the value of
good design and livable communities to community groups, elected
officials, and IAA members. On April 21, 2007, the component will
conduct four housing charrettes in four diverse communities focusing on
the value of good design. The results from the charrettes will be
presented for public information and use through PowerPoint
presentations, podcasts, and video podcasts available on the component
Web site.
